    They don’t mean harm. They are just very curious. And the diet here doesn’t allow people to be overweight. So you might actually end up losing some weight if that’s a bonus for you

    We are just back after being in Vietnam for 5 weeks . My husband is pretty overweight ( Scottish loves his food and drink ) and the Vietnamese were never rude . They make jokes ( never maliciously ) and would rub his tummy and say baby , sometimes they would even say 2 babies but never offensively . I think u need to take it as it is and go with it knowing there is no badness . It’s just matter of fact without any insult . We had so much fun with them and if u take it like that you’ll be fine !!
