Don’t need to bring anything just get to pharmacy and they will help, Australia they give Imodium etc but here far more effective pills, plus usually a strong anti-biotic to kill bad bacteria …. Will need probiotics after. As others have said, start probiotics before and during travel. You might get a few gastric issues here but full on food poisoning is not common

We take immodium wherever we travel to. We’ve been to Viernam twice, and probably had a dodgy belly once. It wasn’t actual food poisoning. Stay safe, happy travels!
