    Bring some pepto bismol. Only eat at busy places. If the food tastes wrong to start with then don’t eat anymore. Also you can pick up really good herbal tablets here that work amazing. Go to pharmacy and ask.

    The food is fantastic restaurant or street food I’ve been going there for year’s and never had a problem try not to worry just enjoy happy holidays

    Go and enjoy your holiday,You can get food poisoning anywhere in the world..Vietnam is a fantastic country,with great food.I had food poisoning on one of our trips ,hasn’t put me off..enjoy

    I’m about to head to Vietnam, what I was told is PROBIOTICS!! Start them before you go and run them heavy while you are there.

    Why assume your going to get food poisoning in Vietnam. I’ve been twice in 1 year. Practice your normal hygiene routine and enjoy this amazing country with amazing people and food. And yes I ate street food.

    I don’t bring anything . No one has ever told me its bad food. Live with it if you get sick. Just as you have in the past. Don’t go back to that place. Doesn’t matter where you travel u could get sick. Remember u asked that’s my point of view on this post. Cards on the table as you asked. Have a great trip.

    When food poisoning happens, I buy the local Gatorade here, it’s called “revive”. And I don’t eat anything except for white rice, for around 2.5 days
