Bro take some probiotics every other day…..have some medicine for diarhea…..if u feel like is no good dint eat it….i spend 5 weeks in Vietnams and never had a problem…if u have any alergies or specific problems…take advise from your doctor
You can see a Dr or go to the pharmacy and they will tell you what you need, drink plenty of fluids and a pro biotic

Make sure you have travel insurance. Never leave your country without protection. Hope you don’t need, but if you need you are protected.
Hydrolyte sachets and gastro stop and drink the local fresh ginger tea with lemon grass to help with the nausea. Travelled across Vietnam for 2.5 months and ate street food and from local vendors and did not got sick…the one time we got sick was when we went to a fancy restaurant.
