There is no food poisoning in Vietnam. I am a post heart transplant patient. I go to Ho Chi Minh, Phu Yen and Vung Tau. I drink straight from the tap water. I eat street food. I drink coconut water from the street. I come back to Melbourne and go to my cardiologist. I tick every box of my health.

Don’t eat for 24 hours just drink water
I didn’t have to take anything, but I think I must have a cast iron stomach 😉. I did only drink bottled water though.
Didn’t get food poisoning in Vietnam. Enjoyed all of the wonderful foods.
