Genuine food poisoning, see a doctor. If it’s just an upset stomach, we try to drink bottled water, and take Imodium if you need to temporarily stop it for an excursion or something…..that won’t cure it though.
I have travelled the world and never had food poisoning nor take anything for it if you wash your hands well and watch what you eat you are fine.

I don’t recommend taking anything with you to poison people. You could get into serious trouble.

If you do get sick, go to hospital. It’s cheap and they can put you on Antibiotic IV drip. Fix you up quick!
