   Stay at home stays instead of hotels! Home stays are similar to B&B’s in other countries. We found every one of them we stayed at was clean, comfortable, small places with just a few rooms and you have a local Vietnamese family who owns and operates it. Incredibly friendly and welcoming! Rooms are like private hotel rooms with a private bathroom. They will provide a typical Vietnamese breakfast for $2-$3 and arrange anything you ask for! Super helpful with anything you need and most of the time speak English to learn more about local culture. We love staying in home stays in Vietnam!
