   Don’t pack too many clothes & pairs of shoes. Be prepared to get addicted to coffee….especially the iced versions. Use Grab for transport. What might look like a dodgy entrance/alley way to your accommodation won’t be. Embrace wearing the glad wrap style rain ponchos. Join in with the locals & their activities – hubby joined a group of guys training for Da Cau (foot badminton) in HCMC & it was honestly one of our favourite interactions with the locals – so much fun. They were just training at an empty parking lot/concrete pad & it was ace! Find a favourite coffee shop/bakery & go there every morning for brekkie – they will remember your order after the first day. Don’t plan too much, leave some wiggle space in your itinerary.
