I then got onto the bus and asked where my seat was and the driver just pointed straight I then just chose a random bed and he started shouting at me and said “ no “ without telling me where to actually go. The drivers here also beep a lot however this driver was constantly beeping every second and if you’re right at the front you will not get ANY sleep. We then stopped for a toilet break and after 3 minutes the driver starts shouting at everyone to come back bear in mind some ladies might take longer in the toilet etc. and lastly, there are children on this bus and the driver is driving and smoking cigarettes. I’m only about 4 hours into my journey and still have about 8 more left. Just wanted to warn everyone as it’s definitely made me feel out of place and I feel like I have to tip toe around them as I’m worried they will shout at me again lol.

I don’t know, but the sleeper bus experiences you’ll get in Japan are top notch (probably best in the world) and they’re in Asia as well. 😂

Im sorry to hear about your experience.. We booked sleeper bus and ut was exactly opposite so might be down to individual driver or company. If you would be booking anymore and want a name of company we used message. Hope rest of your travel is smooth🤗

They are THE worst company. I had an 8 hour day bus with them, stopped after one hour for 30 minutes for a loo break and then didn’t stop the whole remaining 5.5 hours despite lots of us really needing the loo. Driver shouting at me when I asked him to stop. Not safe for a driver to drive for 5 hours without a stop either!

I am Vietnamese and it is sad that I also see this kind of behaviour. It seems to be the norm, unfortunately. Just like when you are lining up for something, people can cut right in and feel no remorse and look at you as if you are dumb polite tourist. It’s just how they brought up being very opportunists. Or they could swear at you if asking prices without buying. They can be basically plain rude. However, there are some good ones. It’s just your luck.
