More than 2 days in HCMC was not necessary. It’s dirty, overstimulating, overcrowded, just yucky! lol
I wish I would have stayed longer and went North and south not just central. I def want to go back! And go to Thailand too!

I packed too many dresses and not enough vest tops. Hoi An is stunning
Just left Vietnam after a fabulous trip from north to south. I will definitely be back to cover places I didn’t have time for. The biggest thing I wish I knew was to bring more US cash (crisp, clean $100 bills are the best) I exchanged them at gold shops for a good rate (shop around), no fees, no commission. Better rate than using my card at atms.

If you plan on visiting the 3 major cities, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hoian, start up north and work your way down. Also, I haven’t found any lysol to spray the hotel rooms down
If you buy ready to wear clothes make sure buy bigger sizes as they do shrinks
