Nope and I eat everything and have to Vietnam lots of times.

We were 10 in our group and 8/10 had severe food poisoning. Their pharmacists are really helpful but you will be given a bag full of meds.
Highly recommend buying these probiotics at the Vietnamese pharmacy if you are having stomach problem after eating the food!!
Rice and Banh Mi Pork is the biggest problem, unless its a very busy place stay away from that and you will be fine
Keep a record of what and where you’ve been eating. A lot of Vietnamese food and sauces have fermented components so lots of cultured live bacteria. If you did not eat Vietnamese food in the western country, you will be extra sensitive. Plus adding jetlag and air pollution on top of everything does not help. Make sure to drink electrolytes to replenish fluids.
The thing is , you can get an upset stomach with the change in food any where you eat , food poisoning is a different thing all together, we eat far more fruit and juice while we are there also I’m lactose free so I have to be a bit more careful, enjoy your travels and keep up your fluids

Yeh , but I also got it down my local wetherspoons and from a dodgy takeaway on the shops at the end of my road ! Sh#t happens😃
Yes.. thought I was going to die .. never knew I could 🤮💩at the same time .. in fact I never knew I could multitask soo well 😩😩😩horrid experience.. and it was at a reputable restaurant
