   Nope never I have travelled the world and not a single case of food poisoning and don’t take anything like charcoal or probiotics or anything. I just wash my hands well and watch what I eat

   Yes I had when I was in Vietnam a year ago. I got really sick. It was the veriest food poisoning I have ever had 🙁 Vomit alot 🤢I eat fish food in the boat in Ha Long bay. Now I will be really careful with sea next time I visit 🇻🇳

   I’ve got some extra that I could spare if you need some. In reality, No. This is my 9th trip to Vietnam (3 military and 6 since ’89) and I’ve NEVER had food poisoning. I’ve been sick due to bad water but even that was way back in 2001. Just use common sense.
