I was there for a week recently after 24 years. I drank mostly bottled water and street food was fine. What got me real sick was moon shine at bui vien walking streets. It was so bad I threw up for the whole 24 hours, last day of my trip. If you go to those places don’t eat the food or mixed drinks. Anything in the bottle is ok
Not yet luckily
Mostly ate at the Park Hyatt and very nice restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City and at seafood restaurants in Mui Ne. Never got sick.
Nope
Tree weeks in Vietnam now no problem at all , tonight we fly back to Amsterdam
You should always bring immodium 24hrs pills. Taking 1/day for 3-5 days immediately when feeling uncomfortable. You can have banana in addition if constipation occurred
Don’t eat where they not cooking in front off you
Bring Imodium with me to all of my trips to anywhere in the world.
I’ve had food poison from a Subway in Calgary Alberta Canada before.
Fact: Vietnam is the only country in the world where not a single case of food poisoning has ever been reported. Google it.
