Just like Bali you have to be very hygiene aware, we were ok but our friends got sick 😫

I was in Vietnam for three months in multiple cities and was fine until I got to Danang. I got food poisoning there and was sick for about 2 ½ days. It came from a restaurant that seemed nice and clean. But you just never know… Keep your immune system healthy. 💗

Not had it in Vietnam, Thailand or Cambodia. I don’t eat street foor but I do eat buffet breakfasts and salads in hotel (nice hotels, do washing probably fine). Buffets are a risk I feel because of other people touching food and tongs.

Don’t be afraid to eat! Some of the best food in the world is on a tiny plastic stool on a Vietnam sidewalk. Just pick the busy spots and stay hydrated

My wife and I were both fine in the month we stayed last September. Hanoi, Halong, Da Nang. Was surprised but absolutely fine..
