It happens
„Food poisoning“ and „Bacteria you aren’t used to“ and „catching amoeba“ are different things. I had all of them wen travelling India and Asia.
My husband just had it in California- traveling we do pretty well including Vietnam where we found the food excellent and without problems. It can happen anywhere. Be smart and pack gut essentials
My wife said i have a weak stomach, im not sure if its alcohol poisoning or from food, but first time it happened, lasted nearly 4 days it looked like an Exorcist movie marathon… the next 2 times it happened after that it would only last hours, stomach cramps like I just finished a 20 set F45 Rolling Rock workout… this morning I just needed a powerade drink to fixit… im a slow learner
Just returned from two weeks in Vietnam. Food was great, absolutely no problems. Just enjoy😀
Not me I take a daily probiotic
Yep but not from street food or little cafes but got it from a HaLong bay boat cruise – those bain-maries can be trouble!
Depends on your gut system. My hubby can not eat street food 🤣 and get bacterial meanwhile we were enjoying😍
