I got it. Go to any nice pharmacy and they can give you an antibiotic probiotic antidiaherial and you’ll be fine in a few days
Would be no worse a risk than many other countries. Did not get it in Vietnam personally. Just take appropriate remedial medication…..just in case.
We ve been many times there over 16 years, never got food poison even my husband and kids are very sensitive stomach and my kids love the street food.

Food poisoning happens in every country. So my guess would be ‘probably’
How much do you need?
When we did the street food tour we tried everything and were fine, had the BBQ at Hoi An memories and that was a different story
Been there so far no, their food is really delicious and I think even Street are safe to eat. (that’s in Da Nang)
In 1 month we ate everywhere…mostly street food. I am very sansitive but did not get sick.
