Do it, we are both in our mid 70’s. We went last year and loved it.

Do as the locals do! They’re beautiful, happy people who are happy to have you there. Enjoy the amazing food! 😊

My 80 year old FIL is with me in vietnam right now. He walks with a cane. He is slow but is managing. There are steps, uneven surfaces, narrow paths due to motorbikes parked on the sidewalk everywhere. Not a wheelchair accessible country although I did see a person in a wheel chair at a restaurant and have no idea how he got in since I didn’t see any ramps at the entrance that has like 6 steps up.

Solo 70 year old..just go research what you like to do, where you’d like to go and hone in on that and do deeper research

Go and enjoy yourself. The only problem you’ll have is you won’t want to leave.

We went for the first time in our late 60’s loved it , just got back and can’t wait to go back to explore more. Be prepared for lots of walking , great food, good coffees, lovely people.
