Hotels and meals are inexpensive, traffic is terrible, traffic lights and stop signs are rare so crossing the street is scary, Grab ride share app is a life saver, what else would you like to know?
Not sure what type of advice are u asking for eg places to visit, accommodation recommendations, modes of transport ( love the local trains) etc.
Do it. Get a private tour guide & enjoy!!
Just go
Go and njoy, life is too short to listen to others advice, going to beach and walk along the seashore is already a good memories, walking, shopping you could do that even your 73,go to danang near the beach and hoi ann its easy and safe for walking pls go and njoy just dont go to banahills might be too much walking and not safe for you and your wife.
Am 73, I enjoy & have a great time every time we go to Vietnam for vacation. We love its people, foods & coffee, places & scenic spots we visited. It’s our dream to one day settle & live in Vietnam 🇻🇳 Love this country❤️
When you say you been told so many different things, what are you referring to ?
My advice, Just go!
Hi. You’ll love it. The culture is very atuned to older people. They are respected and cared for. You will have the best time and be safe and looked after. We are 67 and go every chance we get.
My husband and I are 78 and 75 and we just returned from a fabulous time in Viet Nam and Cambodia. Definitely go!
