I was pickpocketed in Đà Lạt
Been to several cities from north to south Vietnam. Noooo issues at all.
There is but not as bad. I felt safe. Dont be careless and watch your surroundings.
I did have my locker in a hostel in Hue get broken into and cash was stolen.
Very safe in Vietnam.
Keep an eye on your stuff and you’ll be alright

Pick pocketing can happen anywhere, usually where there are crowds. I happens in Vietnam, but generally it’s a very safe country and the people respectful.
