Your exchange rate should be 26,000 vnd per $1.00. USD. 260,000 vnd for $10.00 USD and 2,600,000 vnd for $100 USD. I did not exchange at the airport and you won't get these rates there. I booked all my accommodations to Vietnam with Booking but now I’m getting some messages on WhatsApp asking me to confirm my reservation or it will be cancelled. Are they scammers trying to get personal info? I’ve replied to them to contact me via Booking only and I have blocked them. Anybody experienced this issue??

Hi! This isn’t really Vietnam-specific, more of a general hotel etiquette question. We booked a hotel in Hanoi for 5 days, but on the 2nd day we’ll be heading to Sapa overnight and returning on the 3rd day. Should we let the receptionist at our Hanoi hotel know, or is it fine to just leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door? Thanks!

bike rental with child seatI am looking for places that offer bike rental with Child seat in HoiAn. I read you should make a reservation to secure a child seat but I can't find anywhere that actually offers them. We are not interested in Moped as we have 3 Children. Needing Mid April.
