I plan to road bike around Phu Quoc Island and according to Google Street View, this section of the road (dark blue) is not paved, but that dates back to 2017 and the pictures show road construction... Anyone can confirm if this is now paved?

Hello, I'm planning to travel to Vietnam and it will be my first time. Does anyone have any suggestion on transportation to Sapa from Noi Bai Airport?
