    Before you take activated charcoal please check your medication for adverse reactions. Take rehydration powders or a little spoon that has measurements for salt sugar rehydration amounts. Don’t listen to people who tell you it’s your bodies way of expunging toxins that’s how you die of dehydration in severe cases. Best advice don’t drink the tap water or have drinks with non commercial ice in them

    We were given azithromycin by our drs to take with us. We did get food poisoning with my mum being the worst and she took it and it seemed to help.
