Try to get international driving licence
Pepto Bismol for minor stomach issues, or the equivalent in your country. Over the counter Otrivin or the equivalent if the pollution in the cities affect your sinuses.
Depending on where you’re staying I take chopping board abs knife for shopping up fruit and containers for storing left overs
These ear plugs are a must for me – I sleep for hours on overnight flights and if there is noise around my accommodation I don’t hear a thing except my own breathing
