    This isn’t about bringing things with you, but if you’re someone who tends to have skin breakouts, I highly suggest preparing your skin for the humid weather (danang)and polluted air in places like Hanoi. It can really affect your skin, so having a good skincare routine or the right treatments beforehand can help a lot to prevent

    – I take a small first aid bag with items such as plasters, blunt scissors, 1-2 antiseptic wipes, plasters, ibuprofen, paracetamol, antihistamines, etc. Replenish as I go but not always possible.
