Go. You’ll love it. The only thing is drink bottled water. For tooth brushing too. It’s a magnificent place with wonderful people. Enjoy yourselves, and GO !
Just go.
Don’t hesitate even a minute! Vietnam is so lovely and most important – its people, they are absolutely gorgeous! You will love the whole experience ❤️ I can highly recommend contacting Danny from Oriana Travel in Hanoi – they can organise such a smooth travel for you, that you will feel like royalties.
I’m 64 and visiting alone. I have a 16 day itinerary that’s pretty easy going. My youngest son visited and has not returned. Loves it and he’s been everywhere. I think it will surprise you.
Việt Nam welcome you !
We went last year and love it
I love it. Been twice as a single traveller.
Safe, easy to travel around, wonderful friendly people, stunning landscapes, fascinating history and delicious food – definitely go. Just get a local to teach you how to cross the road.
Been there 10 times. If I was a bit younger I’d be living there! Does that help?
My wife and I are in our mid sixties, and spent 3 weeks travelling from Hanoi to Ho chi minh, happy to offer opinions and advice
