   I did one time at a food stall. I got chicken and rice and she heated one of them up in the microwave. I told my fiance “I’m probably going to get food poisoning”. And of course I did. Had to sacrifice my camera bag in a bus because I didn’t have a bag to throw up in. 🤢🥴

   It was life changing. I think it rearranged my bacterial gut layout. I spent 3 days on the toilet and amazingly it had a shower head above the toilet! Was i miserable…. yes. Would i do it all over again? yes! My only advice don’t try the fishy fish thats been laying out in the sun for a few days 🤣🤣🤣

   As in every country! I washer for 3 weeks x3 and never had any issues. Depends what food you’re used to, luck etc. In general it’s not a standard issue like in Egypt or Nepal where your chances are super high.

   I’ve been to Vietnam a few times only twice had a bad stomach which in my experience in travelling is very good you can get food poisoning in any country and that includes the uk where I am from.

   Hand hygiene.. anti bacterial wipes throughout the day. Handling money, using public toilets etc

    Ate oysters at a 5 Star hotel, it took me weeks to feel like me again. First holiday I’ve had where I lost weight! 😂
