We hired a great 3 wheeler in HoiAn as one of our group broke her foot, wondering if anyone knows if one could be hired around Ninh Binh. Made such a difference getting around.

My friend and I going to Ho Chi Minh for dental work. Dentist has recommended staying in Orivana apartments district 4. I’ve read mixed reviews. Anyone stayed here and should I just book a nice hotel myself
