The fast track service at Hanoi airport saved us 40 minutes

Flying into Hanoi with two kids under eight and I was dreading immigration after reading the horror stories about one hour lines.

Our hotel offered a fast track service for I think fifteen dollars per person. Someone meets you right when you get off the plane and walks you past the whole queue.

We were through in maybe ten minutes while the regular line looked like it had barely moved. With tired kids at 11pm that was worth every cent.

Has anyone used it at the HCMC airport too? Wondering if it is as good there or if Hanoi was just having a bad night.
