How does everyone advise on spending over there? Is it best to have a travel money card? Or use you debit or credit card?

Hello everyone, I am looking for advice on how to go from Hanoi to Bac Yen / Ta Xua.The only current option I can find online is a bus from the Minh Chau bus company, which looks to be incredibly untrustworthy according to google reviews.Is it easier if I go to Sapa first and leave from there to Ta Xua?Thank you, any help would be massively appreciated.UPDATE:We are currently on...
