Hi just wondering how many of you have had a Japanese encephalitis vaccine before visiting Vietnam and Cambodia? We are doing the Mekong river cruise , Halong Bay and a visit to an elephant sanctuary. Mixed opinions in the UK - some travel clinics say yes need it , others are very vague !!! We currently only have one night in Ninh Binh. We could switch a couple of things around and stay two nights, but we would miss out on Ha Long Bay. Would we be missing much if we skipped out on Ha Long Bay?
