   Do you really need a walking tour? You can research and google all the attractions of HCMC yourself. Just walk this incredible City. Around every corner you will find something amazing to see🤷🏻‍♀️😉

   Sounds like you are talking about the free student walking tours which gives them a chance to speak English with foreigners. Tip 100% depends on you and the amount of time the tour takes. The average 7-11 employee gets around 35k hr so in my opinion 100k for an hour tour is ok but 200k is better for a college student. If it’s a free 5-10 minute tour and then they charge you which can be a total scam “50k per toyr’ almost always turns into 500k at the end. Just make sure you talk about prices and expectations at the beginning.

    I did one in Hanoi… 2 college students show me around Old Quarters.. they told me, it’s their way to practice their English. They didn’t ask for anything, just conversation . I bought them drinks and tip VND200k each.
