Is ninh binh worth a night stay or a day trip?My hubby and I will be spending our last 4 days in Hanoi and we’re trying to figure out if we should just stick around Hanoi for those 4 days, or if ninh Binh is worth checking out. And if so, would y’all recommend staying the night, or is a day trip enough?

If you can afford the time it’s worth spending a few days.
Stay in TamCoc and do a day trip to Trang An.
Definitely worth staying 1-2 nights easily. It’s a beautiful area. We stayed at Tam Coc Gardens for 5 days

Visit Po Luong and stay 1 night there 160 km from Hanoi
Absolutely. I stayed in Tam Coc for two nights. Ninh Binh is a must.

Would stay 3-4 days to see Ninh Binh, Tam Coc and Trang An.
Loved Ninh Binh. Definitely stay at least 1 night, but would recommend 2-3.
