I was on a cruise in November and went to 4 different ports in Vietnam. Had a wonderful time. Felt very safe.
Vietnam is safe, but navigating through the Middle East is a bit complicated right now.. I am stuck in Hanoi right now and I can to see the prices of transportation starting to go up already. Expect Vietnam to be more expensive than ever before.
