Vietnam is safe, no problem I’ve just come back 5 days ago, layover 12 hours in Doha. Shortly before Hell got loose. Hard to say how safe is now to go there via Doha and mostly come back. Check with the travel agency, airline company, UE embassy în UK.
If you are in transit through the middle east countries to get to Vietnam… Than it’s not safe.
