Are referring to what is going on in the Middle East? I have friends who had a connecting flight in Dubai, which of course, is not happening at the moment so they are stranded in Thailand. They’ve called the U.S. Embassy but they were informed there was nothing the embassy could do.

Andrew Markey to try and answer your question in a helpful way… it really depends on where you’re travelling from and whether you connect via a ME gateway. Vietnam feels very safe and isn’t involved in the current conflict. However, if you need to connect via one of those countries, it’s probably not likely to happen for a while. Check what your country’s current travel advice is; for the UK the FCDO are advising against non-essential travel to ME countries, so that affects connecting to Vietnam. Hope that helps 👍

I understand you might feel scared about that, but we just went there and we loved it , people are so kind, and we are planning to back again in June. Believe me is safer than any developed countries haha. We fall in love of that country
