Just got back and we loved both as we did a boat over night and went early so seen the beauty of both x
Ninh Binh 100%. Stayed in Tam Coc – went in January. Loved it.
Ninh Binh its stunning !
Ninh Binh without a doubt. Easier to get to, and a lot more peaceful and pretty. The surrounding landscape is also great to explore.
Ha long bay for sure
Halong has ocean breeze, cruises, mountains, caves, seafoods
Have I already commented? I can’t recall! But definitely Ninh Binh. So much to see and do there. And so peaceful. Ha Long Bay was beautiful, but rushed and rather chaotic on the trip I went on.
Halong bay for sure! Our tour guide for Ninh binh didn’t explain enough so we got lost trying to find things and it was so busy it put a dampener on the day. Halong bad I did Pioneers cruise which was stunning, the views were great, staff were fab. I did 1 overnight stay at Halong and wish I’d done the 2 night experience
Ninh Binh but Halong Bay is a must visit at least once
Ooh interesting question. We have a 2 night cruise booked in Ha Long Bay, may switch out for Ninh Bin now.
