If the site is broken you have to use an agent (unless you speak Vietnamese!)… loads to pick from.
I did mine and the payment failed for whatever reason. I had to start from scratch, use a new email as I couldn’t use the 1 I originally used for my first application and then it went through fine with the same payment method as the first one. It is easy to apply, I was just having trouble at the payment part on my first application. Mine took 4 days to arrive last week.
