try when filling out your E-Visa where says your first name put your middle name first the your real name second because that how the Vietnamese do things because how got mind done after getting a bit
Use chrome and don’t pay with a chase credit card. And don’t just try to change payment method. Start a new application That fixed my problems.

Make sure you’re using your laptop and clear your cache that’s clear your history and then try if you have a VPN turned on turn it off

I’ve been waiting for mine for about 2.5 weeks. Visa has been charged but account says processing still. I used a third party (sort of by accident as was in a hurry…yes noted as not the best decision of my life!) so hoping it all goes through. If not, chalk it up to experience I guess?
