   I tried 4 different browsers, had nothing but issues, back in November. 14 attemps, data was correct. Names were correct, no errors whatsoever. Also used a mobile device. Ended up paying a third party and they had it done in 4 days. The official website is horrendous. Wish I had done that from the start 🙂
