I am having second thoughts…

I am having second thoughts… 🙁 I have booked 7 nights in Da Nang and 3 nights in Hoi An. Now I’m thinking, should I move one day to Hoi An or leave it like that? Oh, I’m doing Hue separatelly. My idea is to stay in one place for at least some time, when possible, and I was thinking, since Da Nang is a bigger city, that would be perfect to relax for a while. Am I doing it right? There’s still time to rebook 😃

Can anyone recommend a good taxi / car driver who can do Hue and Hoi An at more reasonable prices one way than what I’m seeing on Grab travelling from Da Nang to Hue and then after 3 days in Hue will go to Hoi An for a few days and then from Hoi An to Da Nang airpirt

Did 7 nights in Da Nang and 5 in Hoi An in July. Da Nang is bigger, has a more chilled out vibe y day and night and fantastic beach. Hoi An is quaint by da but feels very busy and hectic at night! I think you have it the right way around.

Vesna Stojkovic we just came back from 2 weeks in Vietnam. I would do 4 nights Da Nang and the rest Hoi An. Stay just outside the Old Town if you can. We stayed at Alsahar in a 2 bedroom apartment and absolutely love it. Easy to get to town on grab and lots to see and do.

Currently on day 3 of 5 in Hoi An and would spent another 5 days here if it were possible!!! We were 5 days in Da Nang prior to this and would now have preferred to spend all 10 days here in Hoi An!!

I have booked a hotel in Da Nang but intend visiting Hoi An in April. Is it easy to book a hotel in Hoi An when I arrive there?

We spent 7 nights in Da Nang and between exploring and relaxing we easily filled a week.

Da nang is a great base. You can get to HoiAn within 30 ish mins by grab taxi.

I’d book to stay near the beach for the duration, you can easily get a Grab the 20 min drive to Hoi An or back to Da Nang. Moving accommodation takes effort and it would be much more relaxing to have one base for the duration IMO 😊
