Hi all, I really need advice as i am having a bad panic attack.My passport was stanped on arrival and states an exit date of 22/2/26? However since being here my e-visa for 90 days came through saying i can stay till 1/4/26 however now im being told that I have overstayed? My flight to leave is the day after tomorrow. Please please please can someone help, I dont know what to do.

What date did you arrive in Vietnam ? With a British passport you get a standard 45 day exemption. To stay longer you needed to have that visa before you entered the country. And how did you apply for 90 days from within the country?

They will detain you for sure. Contact your embassy and make sure you have copies of all your documents. Pay the fine. Not sure what you were thinking.
