   Sometimes it is good to have it and it is every where on the streets so, for survey and they have reenforced for “foreigners’ security” and for me it was usefull because I was worried about silence from the father of my sons alone in Vietnam … I asked to opened his door and the owner of the flat then polimen discocered him dead since 3 days… but we were abble to see him enter in the flat and never more gone out ..we could know he was dead 3 days before after…. it was and stay until now . a nightmare ….
