Since our trip was cancelled two weeks ago due to the war, we are now planning to postpone our travel to September. We would like to know if this is a good season to visit the Sapa region, Hanoi, Halong Bay, and Ninh Binh.Our main concern is the typhoon season. Is this period risky for this region?
