Easiest way to get from Hanoi airport to Nesta Hotel ?

I'll be arriving in a couple of weeks around lunch time and the hotel is on Nguyen Thuong Hien. Are taxis safe or is a private transfer or public transport the best, and am I likely to need cash or could I pay by card? Thanks

Hi,I land in HCMC early morning and then I have connecting flight to phu quoc. I am booked on vietjet. The layover time is 3 hours and 5 mins. Is it sufficient to clear immigration and other formalities?
