Well here is a good one ! My friend flying from the Philippines and he is from Canada was refused at the gate for boarding. This was due to a problem with a simple “0/ zero and a O” on the visa. He was not the only one another Canadian was also refused because of the same problem and he has been trying for many days Another problem he had was that his process was not the same as mine. He never received the email confirmation for his application but got the payment email. Then he finally got into the site and his Visa was approved but the zero and O was correct Vietnam for him is a no go forever !Vietnam must straighten out their procedures to ensure it works for everyone. I will now be travelling alone and all his bookings are lost. Vietnam this is very disappointing and I know some of you are going to say you have been coming here for years without any problems “O no or is it 0 no 🙄

Emergency Vietnam Visa – Joey Visa Vietnam can help
How sad 😔 i was so afraid of something like that happening to me that’s why I paid to have mine done for me. There were 4 of us on the trip and I couldn’t take the chance I would make one tiny mistake. Im sorry your trip got ruined
Same what happen To my Candian Bf We traveling From Philippines to Vietnam….And The Cebu Pacific asking About on His VISa Zero Or O.
I’ve travelled to Vietnam 5 times and bever had a problem with my visa. Just double or triple check before sending and when they send you the visa re-check again. In Vietnam at the immigration you show your visa and they never check it. The problem with the visa is when you do check-in. They check letter by letter and number by number
I don’t think that refusal had anything to do with Vietnam. It was likely the airline.
I am currently dealing with the same situation.
You can TRUST Thom. 100%
This problem is with the airline. They refused the boarding, it’s not Vietnamese immigration that refused entry. We had same issue and no problem in Vietnam…just had to explain at immigration.
