Has anyone been able to book tours through Viator recently? I keep on getting payment failed although there is nothing wrong with my credit card. I have also tried different ones with the same payment failed result. I even asked my brother to help book and same issue. I contacted Viator and they can’t seem to do anything about it.

I would avoid Viator if you can, there are numerous complaints about them.
Try to book direct or try a different agent.
If anything goes wrong good luck.
The Evisa site is down at this moment since the last I checked in 2ish hrs ago and I assumed effects to payment as well. I would wait for 3-4 hrs and try again.
I tried, debit, credit, paypal & paypals options to directly take it from checking & savings.

I will NEVER BOOK WITH VIATOR again. They are vulnerable to scams and do not help to remedy. I have used them for years and now I will never use again.. My ticket for the Paris Caracombs was a scam. I had to buy a ticket at the box office to get in so $75 to Viator was lost. Very unhappy.

Maybe go elsewhere. It’s quite obvious, they don’t want your money. Frustrating though. All people want to do is see something they like, pay and enjoy.
im well annoyed 15 times and multiple cards! all failed! bank even said nothing even came through! The help chat is pretty useless too
Yes, Unable to book direct with Mexico hotel. Tried booking a hotel using TripAdvisor. Put in the card number, TripAdvisor said processing , got notification from bank the card was charged. Shoes as pending paid on bank card site. No confirmation from TripAdvisor. Sent multiple messages to them on app. The response is from Viator their booking payment company. They said it was a glitch and charge will fall off. Anyone else have that issue?
