Has anyone been able to book tours through Viator recently? I keep on getting payment failed although there is nothing wrong with my credit card. I have also tried different ones with the same payment failed result. I even asked my brother to help book and same issue. I contacted Viator and they can’t seem to do anything about it.

Good for you not to use them! they are horrible and dishonest. Just found out they are a trip advisor company!!!!! no wonder I don’t like Trip Advisor, now I know where the dishonesty comes from.

I have had the same issue on the travel agent site and have spent two hours on the phone and trying to resolve with two different agents, but no luck and they don’t seem to care at all.

There is a Payment gaetway issue with Viator. I have raised this issue with them many times. I finally got fed up and have stopped using Viator. Further, their team doesnt seem to be concerned by it either.

Same here I’ve never been able to use them. It always says payment method failed. I’ve tried different cards and same thing. Smhv
