The best massage in Da Nang – Da Nang Forum

I recently stayed in Da Nang for 3 months and struggled to find a good, affordable massage therapist (a lot were painful). Finally, after one month, I found Ngoc Bich who is very good. So I wanted to recommend her here for anyone else looking for the same.

She is not just better than other massage therapist I tried in Da Nang. She’s the best massage therapist I ever had, and I’ve lived in the Philippines for 3 years so I’ve tried plenty.

The way I found Ngoc was via one of the Da Nang expat Facebook groups. There wasn’t much feedback about her though, so I just ended up giving her a try. She does in-room massage which I prefer after being tired from playing pickleball.

No funny business by the way, if you’re looking for that look elsewhere. She told me she usually doesn’t work with men for that reason.

If you’re interested, you can contact Ngoc via WhatsApp and Zalo: +84 0934716244. Or by using Messenger via her Facebook profile here: https://www.facebook.com/Lafichill/

P.S. I don’t stand to benefit from this in any way, just sharing a great find.

It is a good price. Hanoi was more expensive.

If l was going to DaNang l would probably try her, but not planning to, at the moment.

Pity she is not in Hoi An.

She charges 200K, which in my book is amazing value considering the quality and what budget spas in Da Nang charge (300K and up, at least in the touristy area).

In Boracay, Philippines it wasn’t that hard for me to find good massage therapists on a budget. In Da Nang it was much harder. Lots of massage therapist in Da Nang would hit my bones and cause discomfort instead of relaxation, but Ngoc tops any therapist I had in Boracay.

I don’t usually go to spas but if someone else is paying. Never been to Boracay, it probably is better there.

Some of the worst massages, l have had, have been the more expensive ones. I usually go to the local shops, in Thailand, 300 baht an hour for oil.

    How much does she charge?

@worldcitizen1961, as I mentioned already, I don’t stand to benefit from this in any way, so it’s not advertising – it’s just voicing my appreciation. I appreciate people that do their job very well.

Best is subjective yes. My sample size is quite large and to me she is by far and away best thus far, hence why I used that word. I suspect others may find she’s at least at the upper end of the spectrum.

@StingRay, yes she knows I’m sharing her details publicly. I asked her before posting if she would be ok with it. The Philippines may not be the best for massages, yet I still found plenty of good places. I never go to expensive spas as I like to go on a somewhat regular basis after playing sports to speed up recovery time, and expensive spas are cost prohibitive for that.

Nice advertising case report but what tells you that this massage is ” the best in Danang” ??

How many different massage therapists in Danang did you visit?

I generally don’t like all these posts here asking for the best restaurant, hotel, massage, tailor, spa , banh mi……

Most tourists visit maybe one or two places but will never been able to say which is the best in any given city.

I found the Philippines to be the worst country for massage, l have visited in Asia, even the expensive spas were not good. I only remember one decent massage there, some were dire.

Does she know you are putting her details on a public forum?
