Please help !!I’m applying for my visa and I keep getting the message…”Portrait phot was captured from another source. Your application may be rejected. Please upload another photo.”I’m doing it on my phone, the photo was taken on my phone 5 minutes earlier. I had to resize the photo so it was the right size for the upload. Why is sit saying this? I tried on my computer too, same thing. But I did also get a tick and a 76% match of the portrait to my passport image. What am I doing wrong? 😭 Any help would be so appreciated. Thank you in Advance.

states that photos are NOT to be cropped
email or text the photo to yourself, that should work. If not there are many file reduction sites online. Use a trial basis, very easy. Worked more than once for me until I found the text method.
