Please help !!I’m applying for my visa and I keep getting the message…”Portrait phot was captured from another source. Your application may be rejected. Please upload another photo.”I’m doing it on my phone, the photo was taken on my phone 5 minutes earlier. I had to resize the photo so it was the right size for the upload. Why is sit saying this? I tried on my computer too, same thing. But I did also get a tick and a 76% match of the portrait to my passport image. What am I doing wrong? 😭 Any help would be so appreciated. Thank you in Advance.

Agree with Maree Nergiz Yüksel. Take two photos consecutively on your phone and that should work ie one passport and one portrait.
Hi ya, this happened to me too. We found the photos of yourself and the photo of your passport need to be taken on the same device (that is your phone). When we did this it worked. Good luck.
